I've raised two tickets on the Affiliate future support site, with one vague reply and the other just put my ticket on hold. So Ive come to the forum to ask.

All of the networks I work with bar one tell me how much I'm going to paid prior to the payment date. So why cant affiliate future do the same? I understand the payment date if a merchant has paid their invoices is the 8th, but theres currently no way of knowing who has or hasnt paid!

So every month on the 8th us affiliates have to sit and cross our fingers hoping to get our money, its not good affiliate future sort it out please!

    Good Afternoon All,

Payments are in the banking interface awaiting Finance Director authorisation and final processing.

I appreciate the frustrations and I am aware that I have been on this forum in the past explaining that payment statements will be on their way and we will inform of payment amounts before payments are processed etc. This is still on the horizon and we are still working towards this and it will be soon. There are a number of different project streams running on all manner of elements of the AffiliateFuture interface and Post Payment system and the improvements will happen.

Payments WILL be processed today and confirmations of amounts will be sent today on the 8th of the month as we have every month without fail since I implemented the restructure and new processes across AffiliateFuture in the earlier part of the year.

If you have queries on the payment you receive please utilise the support desk for more details - where a member of the Publisher team or the support team will come back to you.

I know it has been a while coming but I believe there have already been significant improvements at AffiliateFuture and that is also the feedback I have been provided from a number of individuals and companies within the affiliate industry.

We're not perfect. I know this and we are working on a number of changes that will benefit everybody.

Thanks for your patience and the ongoing support.

    Best regards,
    Gavin Male

Wow!!! And I get a handsome £161.63 on a balance of £1,654. 39 (9.7%) this month - even worse than last month's incredible £366.77 on a balance of £1906.56 (19%). This despite an email saying AF was chasing up late paying merchants and I could expect a big payout this month. So, well worth the wait then.

As I've said on this forum in the past, CJ pays out an average 67% on monthly balances, always on the nail. As a result CJ merchants get the best slots on my sites. AF merchants get the poorest slots. As a result of that, CJ merchants sell 4.8 times more than AF merchants - merchants get paid, CJ gets paid. I get paid and we are all happy.

As usual its nearly the 8th and I've no idea if I am going to be paid or not!

Has anyone had a payment notice email a satisfactory ticket response or received any money?

Don't expect any satisfactory response to any ticket. We've had a critical query that we sent to AF three months ago and, despite chasing up umpteen times, there's been no progress.

    Evening Azam.

I am fully aware of your issue and it is being investigated.

I am also fully aware that you have spoken and emailed directly with members of the team a number of time relating to the issue and they have responded and been communicating with you.

We are resolving your issue and will update you when we have news. If you wish we can email you every day to say its a 'work in progress' or we can resolve it and then update you. Your query is proving problematic to resolve and is not a simple case. Whilst it is important and I appreciate it is important to you - I need to trust the team to prioritise the tickets in the correct order and I am confident that they do this. Being honest, whilst your ticket is identified as 'Critical' by yourself the team then re-prioritise internally (the same as most support desks operate) and address issues in order of importance. Your query currently sits with finance for resolution. The same finance team have also been in the process of month end and payment runs - hence the longer than expected delays.

The team answer hundreds of tickets every day. On occasion a ticket is more problematic and needs greater investigation. This is one of those occasions. My apologies, but the query will be resolved and you will be updated when we have news to update you with.

    Best regards,
