Anyone else having problems?

Hi just wondering if anyone else had problems. we joined Affiliate Future today as a merchant and you have 7 steps to complete but 3 out of the 7 i get this message below. we even had to pay by bank transfer because the system would not except the debit card. and they told us the money would show in our account today but still nothing,
