Thread: 8th December payment - NOT received YET

    I received the payment note on 6th December and payment dropped as usual on the 8th but have not received any payment yet. This is unusual because in the past payment cleared within 3 days.

    Yes, I submitted ticket (#AIK-328-33519) on 14th December and received a general reply on the 15th saying, it should arrive at anytime.
    I asked for further details on 18th December and also sent a reminder again on 20th but I have yet to receive any information or update.

    A few months ago you made another payment mistake and Joanna Flegg your Head of Group Media Partnerships had to deal with it manually to send my payment.

    It's been a week I submitted the ticket; 13 days since payment drop and you could not help me other then saying "you can expect it to arrive at any time."

    Hi Mo,


    I brought this to the attention of finance department to action last week, however they've been short staffed due to the holiday season, so I apologise that you have not heard anything yet.

    All bounced payments have now been reversed back into affiliate accounts respectively, so if you have not received your funds it looks like your bank is still holding onto the funds. We may have to wait until the New Year when finance is back in business, however I'll see what I can do today for you and get back to you by your support ticket.
