Air New Zealand have recently re-launched their Online Price Guarantee.

With effect from yesterday (23rd January) any customers booking an itinerary which originates and terminates in London for travel to Los Angeles, Hong Kong, New Zealand or the Pacific Island with Air New Zealand and books on airnewzealand.co.uk will be covered by the guarantee.

The new policy commits Air New Zealand to refund fare difference plus an additional £10 per passenger for any customer who, finds a cheaper fare for the same dates, same route and same cabin with Air New Zealand via another online retailer within 24 hours of making their booking on airnewzealand.co.uk.

The new Online Price Guarantee is designed to give Air New Zealand customers the assurance that our best fares can only be found by booking at airnewzealand.co.uk, but if they do find a cheaper fare elsewhere then they will refund the difference plus £10!
