we have been charged a management fee twice in January 2005.

We only noticed this morning...and suggest you all check your invoices...since affiliate future seem unable to provide any information despite an urgent phonecall from me first thing this morning.

I'm waiting for some feedback from Pete...but apparently he is 'out' and no one else at affiliate future seems to know why!

Did you contact Dan Chic who is the finance guy? Pete's the "technical" guy! I've learned never talk finance to people not in the finance department! To me it's like asking my ex about football - she wouldn't have a clue!

We have now spoken about this and it is being investigated. Its not a straightforward issue so it took a few hours to escalate up the chain to myself. Apologies if there has been any confusion in the meantime with regards to who was dealing with it, however I can assure you that it certainly is and has been being dealt with at this end.

With regards to any other merchants with a similar problem - please feel free to contact me directly on dan@ibg.co.uk.

    Thanks

I'm more of a 'technical finance' guy really, anything that comes through and requires my input will always be escalated through to me as required.

I rather liked the mispelling of my surname - very Chic!

    Thanks

No problems here accross all our AF programs.

I would be interested to hear whether or not this is a one off error or network wide issue though.

    Cheers

no, I phoned and asked to speak to 'someone in finance'. The guy I spoke with told me that he had forwarded my query to Pete who was out...

But I'm happy that Dan is now dealing with it...we just have got two invoices and two month service charges for january this year...which is weird!
