How do you lot get more affiiates

Ok I admit im struggling here on this.
We've got about 200 affiliates signed up with our program but so far little sales are being created via it.

I know AF advises going out ourselves and trying to source some affiliates over to our program (which I have done to death but with very little response) i've added our program to every free affiliate directory i can find, put a decent comission together, product feed and regular updates on offers or promos that we are doing , some funky banners (thank you AF creative team) but still the sales are only just about paying for the monthly fee that we pay to AF.

I really need some good ideas on how to give this affiliate program a good kick up it's a**e and start generating some interest from experienced affiliates

Maybe not the answer you want to hear, but.. You don't want more affiliates, you want more sales.

It sounds like you have made reasonable efforts to reach more affiliates. Keep posting here and you will pick up a few more. Really though, the best bet is to work more closely with the affiliates you already have rather than spending the time looking for more.

You might also want to offer some free vouchers, that are only available through affiliate links or some other incentive.

I also kept a record of every site I contacted and tick them offf as they join or send them a polite reminder if they have yet to sign up.

Am starting to get some of the big boys onboard and hope to have a product feed when the new Ballicom site is complete

Good idea I already do offer 10% discount coupon codes to various underwear related forums that I participate in return for me being allowed to have a link in my signature.
So what you are saying is that it might be a good idea to send a email out via the my AF control panel to all my affiliates saying that they can promote xxx code which will give all potential customers xx% off
