Is there anyway you could get them to bring it in line with their independent program which offers a residual revenue share on net losses ?

Hi,

Any news on the above comment from me earlier AF. I've started to send a few customers their way although to be honest my commission is £0.00 on 90% of the account. Presumably as people arent actually depositing any money when they register. DOes this mean if i send someone who registers i get an entery for £0.00 and then 5 days later they deposit £5 i get another sale recorded as £5.00 (my commission for referral). I am concerend at the level of £0.00 amounts I get.

The tracking is now fixed and only actual sales should show up now. As a result of the tracking issues they will be offering double commission for the rest of the week (until Friday). As such for the rest of the week the commissions are:
Deposit : Commission
£5 - £20 : £10
£20.01 - £50 : £40
£50.01+ : £100

As for residual income the reason we don't do this is we have no way to guarantee we can continue to pay this over the long term. What happens if a merchant leaves AF 6 months down the track for example. Not to mention all tracking would be down to the merchant.

Chris, when did tracking fail? I can't find any email apart from the one today saying that it was working again?

Also to ask the same as Tiger, are £0.00 comissions (in my case over the past month) down to no depositing players, or the tracking failure?

Anyway i'm off to open an account and bung £51 quid in it

The tracking failed on about the 5th and you should have received an e-mail about it on the 6th at about 5pm.
The leads were actually people creating accounts but the sales tracking was missing so any that went on to make deposits would not be tracked.

Just checked and I didn't get the email, although I did only sign up to the program the day before. Perhaps AF could put something on the stat's page to show programs not tracking (like you do with closed programs)?
