datafeed STILL not being updated RANT

Sorry for this rant BUT im getting very frustrated with the datafeeds not being updated on AF for my site http://www.justhom.com , i've phoned and emailed you guys and i keep getting told your techs are looking into it, but it's been 3 weeks now and the old feed is still showing.

Everything else im really happy with but the lack of communication is putting a real downer on what is overall a good service.

Please let me know whats going on!!!

Hi,

I have spoken to the people who maintain the data feeds and they were are under the impression that this issue has been resolved, which is possibly why you have heard nothing from us recently. If there are still issues the best course of action is to contact us directly either by phone or e-mail.

Ok thanks Chris it does look like it's picked up a new feed now (sorry i had no idea that it had been resolved as i was never informed), i've uploaded a new feed this morning so i'll see how long it takes for that to be updated on the AF site.
I will of course contact AF by email or phone as I did before, I only posted here out of frustration that i was kept being told the tech's were looking into and no one ever got back to me within a decent timeframe.
