anybody having problems with Victor Chandler paying commissions

hi there,
can anyone tell me if they are having problems with VICTOR CHANDLER paying commissions? I have not had any commissions showing in my account for july or august although the clicks show up in my af account. i know for a fact that at least 20 people have bet over £100 a time using my links. i have spoken to af who said vc have had tracking probs and they put me in touch with sam williams at VC who said that they had had problems with tracking but it was now fixed and they would pay me direct. i am still waiting on payments and my commissions STILL aren't showing in my account even though the clicks are and I know I've had people betting.
any feedback appreciated.
ian

pistol101 seems to know their stuff
Hi Ian,

Everything returned to normal on the 3rd of Sept, however it is again having problems. We are trying to put together all the sales that went through during the original tracking problems and we are getting the current problem rectifyed.

Hopefully i can give an update asap.

Cheers

Pete

I am updating my betting site, and have given vc bet via af some good exposure can you confirm that tracking is working ok.

Also what does a user need to do to trigger a commission lead payment.

VC is tracking correctly, transactions are tracked when a new player places their first bet.

Yes. Obviously the player would need to make an initial deposit first, the minimum allowed on the site is £10, but the first bet can be any amount.
