I have been trying to get my payment from AF since March with little success. I have four invoices pending and they don't even respond to my mails now. My account seems to be fine, but I ran into problems after their last technical changes around March. I have written to Chris (several times), James (seeing his message here), Dan Chick (as suggested by Chris) and Steven. Chris used to respond initially saying he was waiting for a reply from accounts. But he too has fallen silent now. I have never had a more frustrating experience with a network. I don't know why I am not getting paid.
