  Sale cancellations: what reasons are available?
When a merchant cancels a sale on AF, what choices do they have?

The ones i can see on previous cancellations are:

Invalid Customer Details
Payment Not Cleared
Order Cancelled
Other

I believe when "other" is entered, the merchant can type free form text. At the moment this isn't displayed to the affiliate.

Other - You'll get the start of the reason that's specified in the tool.

Seems some merchants STILL haven't managed to eradicate duplicate sales - when you're ready?

Yet another one today!

Is this the brand new excuse that this merchant has found?

They haven't used it before this year and all of a sudden they can't get enough of it.

Pete, It's MobileShop and they are loving this new excuse. - Why are we being exposed to duplicate sales on other networks?
