Hi Everyone

Thank you for your good wishes after my introduction email last week. I have had plenty of positive feed back towards the Gear-Zone program and also some concerns regarding the commission acquisition currently in place. It seems we are some way off what Field and Trek are paying and this needs to be addressed or order to take the program onto the next level.

Okay folks, here’s the deal. I have been talking to Neil the MD at Gear –Zone and explained the situation and he has agreed to increase the monthly commission structure as follows:

· 1-5 sales – 6% default commission
· 6-10 sales – 7% commission
· 11-20 – 8% commission
· 20 sales+ - 9% commission

I’m sure you will agree this is an excellent improvement and is very fair not only for the newbies, but for the more established affiliate partners as well. Now the commission structure is has been increased I would like to see the extra effort from you guys. Gear-Zone is now paying the best commission and we want you to be more aggressive in getting more sales from now on.

The Gear Zone website is getting a complete revamp next month and a new product feed will soon be online for you to download. As soon as I have it I will let you know. The program is moving in the right direction and with the extra effort from you it will soon be the undisputed leader in this retail sector.

I am in the process of loading up some new creative. I want to be more product orientated and concentrate on the many special offers Gear-Zone are offering. I have done some research and they are the cheapest online in the UK for most of the products on offer.

Again, if you have some feed back then please let me know. As you can see your input is important and changes happen if you let me know your thoughts and feelings.

Whats happening to the new website?

It will be ready in the next few weeks. There have been a couple of problems getting the backend to work properly and it has to be tested and then tested again to make sure everything runs properly.
As soon as I have news I will post and email it.
