Terms and Conditions
Affiliate: You, and any other individuals registered as an Affiliate by LoveHoney.

Affiliate Network: Affiliate Future All affiliates must adhere to Affiliate Future Terms and Conditions.

Criteria for acceptance into the affiliate program: We will not accept any site that promotes any kind of race hate, homophobia, illegal extreme adult content, spyware, adware, malware or anything that is likely to cause serious offence or software that may alter any settings of our potential customer.

As an Affiliate, You are in business on your own account and You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations relating to Your business including, without limitation, income tax, national insurance contributions and VAT. Please do keep all accounts via AffiliateFuture.co.uk up to date, you may need them.

You are not, and You must not claim to be, an agent, or employee of LoveHoney and You have no authority (and shall not hold Yourself out as having any authority) to negotiate or conclude contracts on LoveHoney's behalf or otherwise bind LoveHoney.

Payment
We pay the affiliate network Affiliate Future and it pays you. Affiliate Future payment terms:

"Payments are made on a monthly basis. You must have earnt at least £20 to receive payment. If your earnings are less than the minimum amount, it will be carried over to the following month."


Any accounting issue must be handled via Affiliate Future. Where the issue can't be resolved, LoveHoney will mediate and have the final word.

No commissions can or will be paid based on the following:
1. Where by the transaction is fraudulent.
2. Where evidence of trying to defraud LoveHoney is clearly evident.
3. Where the affiliate is in breech of the acceptance criteria.
4. Where the affiliate network has removed you from their affiliate network
5. Where an affiliate has not set up their tracking links correctly.

Liability
Affiliate Future is responsible for its own software, should its software fail, LoveHoney is not liable for loss of affiliate earnings.

LoveHoney is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of its Web site. There maybe occasions where by essential maintenance or downtime may occur. We will endeavour to give affiliates prior notice. There maybe occasions whereby there are unforeseen circumstances and down time is a consequence. We will be doing everything we can to resolve the issue.

Affiliates are responsible for their own website and their own hosting and website maintenance. Affiliates are responsible for the correct insertion of tracking links, if in doubt ask

LoveHoney does not have the right to ask any affiliate to alter its web site content. Affiliates have no right to LoveHoney alter its website. However, affiliates are required to practice responsible promotion of LoveHoney. By the nature of our products, please use common sense and think about who is visiting your Web site and how you ensure the message that we sell adult products is clear.

Promotion of LoveHoney products
You must not make promises or give commitments or guarantees as to the supply or performance of any Product, beyond those expressly stated in LoveHoney's literature or on the packaging of Products.

TradeMark: LoveHoney is a registered trademark
This Agreement grants You the right to use the Trade Marks as part of a Link.
