Toluna Not Tracking - AffiliateFuture done nothing

We ran an email to our member base this morning to our entire database, unincentivised high quality traffic. However it was not tracking.

Phoned AffiliateFuture and emailed Peter they said they had told the 'tracking' team about this, no email was sent or anything - no call back.

So we switched the links to Advertising.com within the first hour it had 500 clicks and it made over £100. We sent over 1300 clicks to AffiliateFuture with 0 leads.

AffiliateFuture seem to be doing nothing about this.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the tracking for Toluna on AffiliateFuture; leads have been coming through steadily and are continuing to do so. When an affiliate reports broken tracking we will, of course, follow it up. However in this instance it seems as though you may have had you links wrong.

The links were copied from affiliatefuture and when I did a test I copied them directly from there again.

How can the links have been wrong if it was tracking clicks? They can't have been.

As soon as we switched to advertising.com loads of leads were coming through.

Hi Matt,

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you regarding the Toluna issue.

As I said previously, the tracking for Toluna is working fine. However, there was a problem with the media tracking; i.e. the banner which you were using was taking your traffic to the wrong confirmation page which did not have the AffiliateFuture tracking code on it. This has now been fixed.

If you take a look at your AffiliateFuture account you will see two transactions from Toluna (referenced under my name). These were tests which I made using your links.

We are looking into sorting out compensation for the period of non-tracking; I'll drop you an email next week to let you know more about this.
