I received an email from Mary about 2 weeks ago - I replied and havent heard a thing. These 1p sales are still stacking. It's not possible that some arent sales and the lack of urgency in sorting this out satisfactorily is staggering - let alone the inability to reply to any emails.
I know you were in direct contact with David (Mindshare), and he's just confirmed that 2 of the quotes had indeed converted to sales and we've now credited you for these. The cause for these not tracking is being investigated, and of course we'll inform you all when we know more.
Just to clarify, the 1p 'sales' are simply a quote. When they convert to a sale, either on or offline, they are meant to be passed back to AffiliateFuture and match against the quote. If the quote was originally generated on another partner site, such as Confused.com, they essentially 'own' the quote, as do you in that same scenario, and the sale is attributed to the relevant partner. David is working with us to double-check the quotes against the merchant accounts to ensure affiliates get any commissions due to them. We'll keep you informed. The elephant and Diamond programmes have been hidden on AffiliateFuture pending our investigations.
