elephant.co.uk not paying

Hi,

I don't normally post when I have payment issues but I have been trying to get commission for at least 3 sales from elephant.co.uk via affiliate future.

The reason I say at least 3 is these are sales that I am aware of as they are family and/or friends who have used my site and have confirmed that they signed up with elephant.co.uk and are now covered by their insurance, 2 of the sales did not track at all, 1 tracked the 1p they put through but they have never confirmed the sale.

The issue from what I understand is anyone who completed online and then pays by direct debit has to call to complete the application, affiliate future are then supposed to get an update from elephant.co.uk this has not happened.

2 of my sales were completed by phone after filling in the on-line form and 1 was paid in full by debit card

I have spoken with affiliate future and apparantly a company called Mindshare are running the program for elephant.co.uk, affiliate future say that it is Mindshare who are failing to update and sort out payment issues

Be warned that you may not get paid if you promote elephant.co.uk

I thought I would chip in with my story. I have no idea how many 1ps I have but there are lots. I raised a query with AF about a month ago and I got a courtesy email saying they would look into and then, guess what - zero communication. Then I raised it again this week and was told there was nothing wrong with program and they would look into it again - and since then nothing. I have zero faith in AF sorting this out and I'm not even sure they are aware there is a problem

gunneradt, If you believe there is a tracking problem or that the 1p's you have receieved have converted into real sales, speak with David McDermott. I was able to prove sales had been completed

I have no idea whether they are converting or not but I find it hard to believe not one out of about 50 has to be honest. AF should be sorting this out.

Iv received the same 1p sales too. Just sent Affiliate Futures a message via their website. They should sort this one out because im currently writing a site to promote their Diamond brand and id hate to can the idea because of Elephant:td

I haven't received any communication from you but feel free to send through to my details below and I will respond. I did send an email out last week but that was concerning a different matter.

I believe Mary contacted you regarding the 1p scenario? This relates to an offline quote and is essentially a 'lead'. If this then converts it will come back as a sale. This is explained in the programme terms below:

"This programme pays a 1p commission once a user has completed up to page 3 of the quotation form. Also, if a user gets a quote online and the purchase is completed by telephone, the sale will be credited to the affiliate based on the tiers above."
