log in broken

Hi guys,

To give you an update, there is some archiving going on at the moment which may affect the speed of logging in and reporting - due to the amount of data being achieved this process does take some time but hopefully speeds should be fully sorted by the end of the week.

If anyone has any other login issues (specifically where there is an error message) then this is something different - feel free to email me at jamesl@affiliatefuture.co.uk wth any error message you may get and we'll get this looked into for you.

We're fully aware that it can be very frustrating when there are login problems and once the achieving has been finished it should be the end of any speed issues that you have been getting.

Log in working but transactions not showing -

very hit and miss for me at the moment - one minute logs in next time it doesnt , latest transaction sometimes show. Getting a bit annoying and needs to sorted once and for all

Sticky - I promise we're working on it. We have identified what is causing most of the lag, and as soon as it is safe to do so we will fix it for good. We appreciate you sticking with us and taking the time to let us know about your experiences.

Login seems to be broken again.

Had me worried that time!
Nothing serious - just a server reboot - we use a cluster type setup so only a few of our users would have got it for a few minutes.

Yeah it's doing that huge delay between first log in choice page to the next.
