You are correct that some companies do have a habit of being late payers, whether by design or by mis-management. Anyone dealing with such a company on a long term basis can judge for themselves whether it's worth working with them.
There are examples which spring to mind and everyone knows who they are. In the case I'm thinking about it's a mult-national and I see them as a safish bet.
However, in this instance we have a small time network who's USP is simple validations and regular payments. Although this has been stretched in the past, they have always managed to pay people by the end of each month.
Now that they have failed to do this and not given an honest explanation then one has to draw certain conclusions? If AF are in such a healthy financial position and don't like people speculating then the solution is in their hands?

Please stop making comments in my reputation James - it's very cowardly and childish.
Hi all,
Just to follow up on the payments themselves - as mentioned last week these were being completed today and I can confirm that they have now been made. They are via BACS transfer so it should appear in your account at some point over the next few days.
As always after a payment run if the balance has not dropped from your account then please get in touch directly - this typically suggests a problem with your bank details and is nothing to do with the payment run itself.
Thanks
James
