    Do any other merchants have experience with NEXTAG ?

    I've signed up & paid them, but cannot get any response from them at all. Nice scam.

    Also: does anyone have a contact number for them?

    Hi Matt,

    We have been working with Nextag for a number of months and they send quite a bit of traffic our way.
    Have no real complaints, and never had a reason to contact them.. so no details.

    They do sometimes work on CPA as well so that would have you less worried :-)

    Have spoken to them now and am all happy again. It is a shame that ever who is meant to deal with email enquiries is not as efficient as those I spoke to on the phone.

    Had I not got the phone number from other users here (which I really shouldn't have to do), the only time they would have ever heard from us again would have been when we pursued them through small claims court.

    I had endless problems getting our account with NexTag sorted out - as you say, it's pointless completing the form on their website because no-one gets back to you! Eventually after numerous emails, Vanessa got in touch and sorted out an account for us. Even then, compared to Kelkoo and Pricerunner it's a right hassle!

    Be aware as well that they ask for some very detailed information for credit checks - I just refused and told them I would just pay by credit card each month and they agreed. I wasn't going to give anyone a copy of the front and back of my credit card, and my address and everything else that could would give anyone who got their hands on that information open licence to use my card!

    It's Vanessa dealing with my account now as well and there is an immediate improvement. As you say though Dealtime & Kelkoo are streets ahead in terms of customer service.

    If any affiliates are following this and wondering whether it is worth trying to compete with these big players - please give it a go. Just by putting a phone number on the site, giving clear feed instructions and answering emails promptly you would immediately have an advantage over them.

    3 weeks ago I contacted a dozen sites with regards to trialling their PPC offerings. To date only 2 have managed to send me any traffic and only 1 other looks close to managing it within a month. Most have not even bothered to respond.
