Affiliate software recommendation ?

Hi ,

We currently have affiliate programs with 2 networks for yesasia, and an inhouse program. We are now considering using affiliate software to run the inhouse program. Can anyone recommend the best software to use ? Preferably we would like a software that can also deal with payments to affiliates (e.g. via Paypal).

Well I am also preatty new this affiliate marketing but this software is kinda good and few of my co companies are using it for their affiliate program.
