Yesterday shopzilla sent out an email, and listed all of the email addresses of all their merchants in the TO field. This led to an email discussion about problems with shopzilla between all the merchants on the list. Then someone on the list set up a google group to continue the discussion about the experience merchants have shopping engines ( http://groups.google.com/group/onlinemerchant/ ) . Interesting to read.. but I guess someone at shopzilla will be in trouble.
