I've just been e-mailed by a client. They're a dating site with a clever niche. They want to increase the amount of users that sign up to their site and pay for premium membership. They haven't ventured in to affiliate marketing yet, and neither have I managed an affiliate program, i've been waiting for the opportunity. As i'm a newbie to the managment of a project i was wondering where do i go from here?

Do i use self managed program? or Sign up to networks? etc thats the kind of questions i'm asking myself at the moment
