First time I've seen it. Very innovative indeed!
There was a slight delay in ensuring the top tier commission tracked correctly now all affiliates are being approved
The commission structure will take a little explaining :
Affiliates get paid for referring shoppers , when a shopper joins they are allocated to the affiliate for the life of the program (which should be as long as the site exists) , the status of commission is initially set to pending , this is until the referred member reaches the minumum payment level which is set at £25 (which is £20 cashback earned from shopping plus £25 sign up bonus)
The affiliate is paid the FIRST £5 then the shopper gets paid , then each time the shopper reaches the payment threshold the affiliate gets another £5 so multiple fivers is possible
I (your affiliate manager) am an affiliate too so have attempted to incorporate some affiliate friendly features : for instance affiliates can view their downline - emails of those they sign up - this can be useful in further promoting the paymecashback program by the affiliate
For affiliate networks (also available to all affiliates) there is 10% tier 1 and 2% tier 2 allowing you to recruit your own sub affiliates
As well as standard banners , there is a 1 page mini site (or splash page) that you can use plus help is available on my ad9 site - (where you can get a nearly free website) - could be useful for newbie affiliateers

Thanks Azam,
I have designed the affiliate model with my affiliate hat on , and there some quite unique innovative features drawn from my own affiliate experiences (i have worked on both sides - as merchant and affiliate for the last 5+ years)
I also more than happy to deal with affiliates on 1-1 basis if they need for instance specific banners created or have an "innovative wish list".
