I'd really like to find out if there are any merchants out there who pay their affiliates on a pay per call model - regardless of whether the call converts or not?

If so, can you get in touch? I'd also like to know if there are any affiliates who specialise in sending traffic for the purpose of generating calls - and how merchants are able to manage this?
