I am pleased to announce that registration is now open for the first ever LinkShare Symposium UK which is being held in London on Thursday 2nd April 2009.

Our LinkShare events have been running now for over ten years and advertisers and publishers have used the events to forge new parterships and grow relationships over the years.

This one-day event has been designed to combine some industry thought-leadership through expert speakers and a panel, alongside our popular DealMaker trade show which provides the opportunity to form winning and profitable partnerships face-to-face during the afternoon session.

We’re less than 4 weeks away from our LinkShare Symposium UK on 2nd April and things are moving along nicely.

Keynote Speaker Announced:

I am pleased to announce that during our keynote session Dr. Matt Carter, Managing Director of Penn, Shoen & Berland Associates will be presenting the results of a quantitative study of online consumers in the UK, recently commissioned by LinkShare.

The research’s goal is to provide a fresh and interesting look at what defines a UK Online Consumer to reveal new findings about who these consumers really are, how they are behaving in the current economic climate and where they are going for information. The research will also profile the personalities of online shoppers, providing an insight into who online consumers are, and how best they can be targeted.
