Having said that, mid week isn't all that bad for us, as it means that we can line up meetings with the London based companies we wouldn't have ordinarily seen... So the choice is yours - though I think a July date might be best, as I think the A4U Roadshows could be in and around August/September in time for the next expo.

I should add, if you can make multiple dates then please tick all those you can make.

It looks like there is interest in having an event sooner rather than later, maybe July at some point so I just need to ensure we're not clashing.

If there are events I need to be aware of in the second half of July (I know one of the networks is hosting an event in the middle of the month) then please post here.

Well, from the few people who have replied it would seem there is very little appetite for another event.

Chris, just so you're aware from having organised two of these before, finding a venue in central London on a Friday that doesn't want a significant minimum spend proved nigh on impossible.

I voted for all dates (no holiday for me this summer )

If I might add a suggestion: it would be a good idea, given the time of year to get a venue with a largish outdoor component, in case it's a hot day.

Realistically I think weekends will mean you'll lose many non-affiliates. I'm happy to explore a Friday and will get some quotes.

I'll make a decision this week - we're looking at end July/beginning of August.

As Existem AM booked their mid-August event a while back I don't want to rain on their parade so will probably opt for a July date. There's another network event mid-July so 29th is looking like a good option to me.
