I didn't get yours and Dave's registrations but I'll make sure they're processed.

I have received a couple since then so I think the system is working - possibly a little temperamental.

If you don't get a confirmation email let me know so I can make sure you're on the list.

Just so people are aware the sign-up process is so we can ensure we're not massively oversubscribed - the venue can take around 250 people - and to curtail the number of people attending from individual companies.

Please can you limit the number of attendees per company to two?

I've mentioned this before and it's also referenced on the sign up page:

One company has signed up five members of staff and we don't have the space to allow a free for all. Networks (who are paying for the event) are limited to a handful of spaces so please bear this in mind.

We're only allowing a maximum of two people from each company to register (unless of course you'd like to throw a bit of cash behind the bar...).

Any additional registrants will be removed from the list of attendees.

Please encourage people to register via the flier as registration is via our automated sign up service.

Feel free to mention on blogs, via Twitter or any other means. Registrations will be cut off when we reach 280 attendees.

Also, I'm pleased to say that Silvertap will be joining in the party for the first time, bringing to twelve the number of affiliate networks involved.

We're about half full now so I'd urge you to sign up sooner rather than later.

Also, to reiterate (again) just two registrants from each company please. I'm deleting any additional places registered by conmpanies logging more than two attendees.

That's very efficient of you and all, but wouldn't it be better to put them on to a reserve list if places are not filled, sounds a bit friendlier as well ...

We only have a limited number of spaces and with free events the dropout rate is always significant making registering people problematic.

We limit places so as many companies as possible can attend. Having five or six people taking places for one or even none of them to turn up denies other more dedicated companies the chance to attend.

We assume a 20-30% dropout rate for these events so usually oversubscribe.

Couple of updates.

The Brighton Roadshow is being amalgamated within the drinks on 29th as they're so close together so if you were thinking of going to the Brighton meet you may want to make plans to visit London instead.

We have around 100 places left - remember to register using the links in this thread - please don't turn up on the night if you haven't booked your place.

If you do register and are unable to come just drop me an email and I'll cancel your place.

Finally if anyone can offer their services with printing some decent name badges for the night then we'd appreciate you getting touch.
