Hope they don't mind me posting this here but I am friends with someone on Facebook who works for buy.at (the admin of this event actually) and noticed this open invitation for those in Newcastle or willing to travel:

Just to follow up on this please see the details of the event below

Our Christmas cracker is taking place on the 10th December in Newcastle and we would really love it if you could be there!!

Its a great event to meet the buy.at team, get involved in some great sessions and have a few Christmas drinks

The day will encompass the following:

3.30pm: Champagne & mince pies – Sponsored by Woolworths
4.00pm: Welcome & buy.at Update
4.30pm: Networking & Nibbles – Sponsored by Haven
5.00pm: Past, Present & Future
6.00pm: Q&A
6.30pm: Networking at Tokyo Bar

The Buy.at Christmas Cracker's are great and I've only ever missed one Christmas Cracker and that was due to being snowed in.

Sadly, I can't make the trip to Newcastle this year as I'm elsewhere.

Have a good un though and enjoy the Geordie hospitality!
