Good Morning Affiliates!

Think Visibility is back in 53 days and we are excited, so excited its time to tell the forums and the world about our fantastic speaker list, sessions and networking opportunities!

TIMINGS

With only 53 days to go, preparations for the next Think Visibility are running smoothly. This time we have added an additional floor and managed to squeeze an extra session into the mix. (It does mean that you will have to get up half an hour early though. Sorry about that.)

We will now have space for another 100 people (so start telling them about Think Visibility!) and since we assume you'll all be bringing iPads and iPhones, we've added even more wireless connectivity.

SPEAKERS

Think Visibility conferences always get fantastic speakers and our next outing is no exception. There are plenty of names you will recognise, as well as a few new ones.

SITE CLINCS

We will be running two sessions in which you can directly get involved, Jaamit Durrani will be leading an interactive session looking at sites submitted by attendees.

In addition to that we will have a fantastic Site Clinic session, with a team of experts looking at submitted sites and advising on everything from design, usability and accessibility to conversion rate factors. Opportunities to participate are available to all site owners attending Think Visibility.

PARTIES

It wouldn't be Think Visibility without a few parties and don’t worry: these have been booked. We will be returning to March’s venues - but there will be some differences.

Pre-Conference Party: we had a number of requests for an informal networking event, so what better than a pool tournament? This free-to-enter tournament will be held at the Pre-Conference Party on the Friday evening and will be the perfect way for you to get to know your fellow attendees - while competing for the Think Visibility Pool Trophy! (ooOoOOOooooOhhhh!)

Post-Conference Party: minus a few hiccups, March’s after party was a great evening and a nice way to unwind after a long day of sessions, so we have had a few discussions with the venue and decided do it again! There may be a few changes with the running order but the tables & dealers will return.

(We are still looking for a sponsor for this party if you are interested. It’s a fantastic promotional tool as not only do you get conference tickets, but we name the party in your honour!)

LOCATION - The location is the Alea Conference Centre, Leeds.. the same as in March, there is free parking available at the venue car parks (just pick up a disc on your way out of the venue)

ONE FINAL NOTE

Think Visibility was launched as a conference for those who felt excluded from the larger, more expensive London events, and in keeping with this mission we do as much as we can to keep costs low.

Previously we have given a discount to attendees of Think Visibility conferences. Since the last conference, however, a number of our costs have risen. We were given the options of raising the ticket price - or having one ticket tariff for all attendees, held at March prices. We chose the latter.

I've attended all 3 now - and not been disappointed at all - the speakers are great, the attendees are great fun, the location is fabulous (my home city of Leeds) and the general shouty bloke is - generally shouty

The line up of speakers is cracking this year - only problem is going to be choosing who to see.

I'm planning a trip 'down under' October 2011 - a huge birthday milestone, and want to be as far away as possible - so howabout arranging one in Kirsty's home town then Dom - great idea or what

It's stressful enough organising a conference 20 minutes away from me, let alone 20 hours :P

Oh come on, it'd be awesome Dom - we could do it alfresco. Call it "SEO on the beach" or "Social Marketing in Swimwear" - I'd make some sandwiches. Maybe even a potato salad. It'd be a top do!!

I will be on holiday at this time and therefore have ample time to network with most if not all affiliate attending this event I hope we can generate a good team as we did last time. Looking from the list of speakers this year promises a good chance to enhance our skills from this great scholars.
