Note In Your Diary NOW for A4U Xmas Get2gether

    19th, 20th & 21st November

Prepare yourself yet again for some serious A4U style boozing and networking whilst you relax in the beautiful Bosworth Hall in Warwickshire (if your eyes are not glazed over yet again)

Bosworth Hall is a fantastic old building with much history, and most importantly we have a large conference room and a BAR booked for 3 days – so that you can get some serious networking done!

Most of the event is / will be sponsored – more details to come shortly. You will be asked to contribute £30 per person to attend the 3 days, (this is even if you only attend one day)

The bedroom allocation for the hotel will be released shortly, and we will let you know when you should ring the hotel, and who you should speak to for bookings. Room rates are currently Double £70 per night, Twin £70 per night, Single £50 per night. BEWARE – the rooms do have lovely war time brown furniture and pretty flowery bed covers – look at this as an “experience” rather than a disaster (lol)

When booking for this 3 day event you will have full use of the Gym, Swimming pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Hot Tub – so make sure you pack your swimming costume!

You will need to reserve your place and pick your meal with us - using A4U online registration – and we will announce this shortly.

    Agenda

    19th November
    • 3pm + meet for social gathering and some serious boozing in the private function room. Take advantage relaxed atmosphere and grab some pizza for tea.

    20th November

    • 21.30 – Disco / Casino (Casio TBC)

    21st November
    • “How Do You Like Your Eggs” – Sponsored Breakfast 9.30
    • Room available for networking / meetings / discussions till 2pm.

Well - if enough people are happy to share a room - you can fit 4 people in the twin rooms with the fold out beds too - so you could split £70 per night between 4 of you.

They did show me a "family room" which is what i just described to you.

Suggest you start a room sharing thread for this - keep it off this bit pls - cheers

You can count on me being there for this one, and Emma too!

There's a chance one (or more) of the merchants I'm working with will be able to help out in the sponsoring department too, so let me know when the moment's right to talk about the specifics.
    Cheers, Darren

Oh bugger, it's Emma's birthday on the 19th (it's also children in need that night too, btw). As long as you're all prepared to sing happy birthday to her, buy her a drink or two, and overt your eyes (or assist me) in carrying her to her room, then we'll be there none-the-less!
    Cheers, Darren

re sponsoring - if you want to get some exposure - call me on 07768 656973 or 01952 276528 pls.

re distances, route planning - lol - i leave you to work that one out guys .....

re dates - best dates we could pick, avoiding affiliate / merchant xmas rush and making sure all the murder mystery gang and the organisers could get there.

glad to see people excited. there is a limit for spaces, so u will need to book as soon as we release online booking.

I recon this has the potential to be just as good as gloucester - if not better.

    yey!!!
