Missed the train I was after by about 2 minutes, but still managed to make it home - got back around 12.30am. Back in work for 9am

Thank you very much for organising this - shame I couldn't have stayed longer as there was still so many people I wanted to see but didn't get a chance.

Hi there James. Good to see you there. I got to say though, at least you didn't go through the day I had yesterday. Almost thrown out of the hotel after being found asleep on a couch, I woke up at 10 with a stinking hangover (b**** Fuller's London Pride ), we staggered out of the hotel by 10.30 to walk up to the station, caught the next train to Gatwick but found we'd missed our flight by about 5 minutes. Not that it had gone, as it was still another 10 minutes away from taking off, but we weren't allowed on. The upshot? A 6 hour wait for flights to Newcastle.

Still, enjoyed myself immensely. Hopefully see you all at the next one!
