Registration for the A4U Event on the 15th September is coming shortly, however we recommend you start planning your accomodation & travel as this event is GO! GO! GO!

Date: 15th September 2005
Day Venue Day: Kensington Roof Gardens (Kensington) including BBQ Lunch & Free Bar http://www.roofgardens.com
Day Plan:
8.30-9.30 Registration & Collection for Raffle for Cancer Research £5 for 5 tickets (please bring crisp notes to make life easier for us!)
9.30-9.45 Welcome & thanks
9.45-5pm Networking all day, however network sponsors may invite you to a specific meeting throughout the day
4.30 - 5pm - Last orders at 4.30pm, vacate premises by 5pm
5pm - Finish with evening reception being held in Tiger Tiger
7pm - Raffle to be held at evening do...if your not there don't worry we will call you since we will get your number on the back of the ticket

Drinks;
Soft drinks bar open from 8.30am, with Tea & Coffee upon arrival
Bar will be open from 12pm serving a range of aolcoholic beverages (no spirits - only beer, wine, pimms & fruit punch).

Lunch;
BBQ Outside in the Gardens 12pm-2.30pm.

The A4U Roof Gardens event is all about NETWORKING not SHOWCASEING, therefore we would like to thank the following networks who have funded the main cost of the event, which means neither affiliates or merchants need to pay to attend! There are no formal presentations from the networks so we appreciate all their support with the event, these guys have really dug deep events like this don't come cheap!.

Thanks to the above networks we are able to have a top notch event at Kensington Roof Gardens on the 15th September, with all network sponsorship we will cover costs for the day allowing both Merchants & Affiliates to attend at no cost.

Unlike some events this event is all about Networking and not Showcasing, therefore we would like to express our sincere thanks to all the above networks as they are gettting little press on the day unlike previous sponsorship packages. We would like to encourage all merchants and affiliates to talk to each of the networks on the day so they can see some value from sponsoring!

Looks like a great day - well done to Matthew and Helen for organising.

I'm negotiating with the hospital to rearrange my treatment plan so that I can definitely be there as long as someone can arrange me a comfy chair so I can have a snooze every few hours - lol

My condition and my medication make me very fatigued so if you're talking to me at the g2g and I start to doze off please don't take it to mean that you're boring me - its just my medication - but then again.........

Just wondered what the general consensus was for Hotels? Appreciate K has suggested one, but at £150 per night + VAT thats crazzzzzzzy cash

FYI - Remember you dont have to pay anything on the day of the event, you'll get a great lunch and free drinks! The evening will also be food and some money behind the bar to get everyone started
