Thread: Meet TradeDoubler Travel Experts at the a4uEvent on the 23rd May

    a4uEvents has teamed up with TradeDoubler to offer all travel affiliates, merchants and agencies the chance to network at the Eye for Travel Conference on the 23rd May. From 4.30pm - 9pm we will be holding a travel themed networking party with drinks.

    TradeDoubler experts will be on hand to offer advice, the team of experts include:

    Sarah Escott heads up TradeDoubler's consultancy teams who manage the relationships with over 400 advertisers across all sectors. Over the course of the last 10 years Sarah has worked in the on-line arena with many of the top names in the travel business and has seen affiliate marketing become an integral to the online marketing mix.

    Nick Roveta, Head of Publisher Services has been working operationally and strategically with all the major travel affiliate business models and travel advertiser sectors for over 4 years. Nick has gained excellent insight and understanding in to the nuts and bolt mechanics of maintaining strong growth for travel publishers and advertisers and looks forward to meeting you on at the event!

    Sabrina has joined TradeDoubler as Account Manager in June 2005 with over seven years of online marketing experience. Since joining TradeDoubler, Sabrina has worked on a number of clients in the travel sector including Opodo, Hertz, Eurostar, P&O Ferries and Rail Europe. Since being appointed Strategic Account Manager, Sabrina has focused on travel as a key sector across her account portfolio.

    Elena Koudreiko is responsible for the Travel Vertical at TradeDoubler and works closely with top travel publishers of various business models on a daily basis, enabling strategic relationships between affiliates and advertisers. Elena has first hand knowledge of the industry's trends, issues and successes in the affiliate arena and will be happy to share her experience!

    James Bailey has great operational knowledge of the travel sector as the account manager for a number of our key travel clients. Working with travel affiliates every day to optimise these TradeDoublers travel accounts, James has achieved great success and is happy to share creative ideas for getting that extra ROI!

    Just going through the sign up now, but have a couple of questions:
    1. The event is listed as free. This always makes it tempting to sign everyone up, but I can't guarantee they will all turn up, because:
    1. That night is Champion's League Final. I'm not that much into footie, but I think even I will want to watch this one, especially if it ends up being as nailbiting as the 2005 final.
    1. The form asks us about monthly commission. Aren't those options at the end a bit skewed with the 0s? £10k-50k / £50-100k - then £10k-250k and £25k +. I know there's some big affiliates out there, but if any are doing £250k in a month, I'd love to meed them

    And PS - any chance of sorting out the options button, it always seems to revert to list = 1?
