    Hi All
What an evening - again - as ever. Good to see everyone, shame for all the guys that couldn't make it.
I scarpered well early this morning to miss the crush on the train, things are still a bit silly out on the roads apparently.
I think I may well take up professional gambling and move to Bristol - that's twice now he he ;-)

Big thanks to everyone for a great event. I was surprised at the turn out, despite the weather and was tempted myself to turn back at one point but am so glad I didnt. Thanks Matt for dragging us all into the casino

I actually managed to make breakfast at 6.30am .... on the way to bed

Once again, I have a number of class photos, yet sadly none of Zak dancing. I heard at one point he was straggling the guitarist of the band! Is this true or pure fiction? And how did the Harry Potter bunch get on

Yep many thanks to Matt and all the Existem/A4U team for a superb event. Thanks for the black Sambucas Frostie, I told you it would end up messy if I had those

I'd like to add my thanks to all the team for a great night - my first A4U event and it lived up to all expectations and well worth all the fun getting there! Hi to everyone I met there and looking forward to the next one.

Thanks Matt for a great evening - great to see so many there despite the weather!

Thanks also to Clarke, Jude and Hayley who accompanied me to get a copy of Harry Potter at Midnight - thank god for Tescos or we would have been queuing at Waterstones for about an hour!! I have since read about half of the book - I'm praying for a happy ending

Oh and finally a BIG thank you to Dixon for giving me a lift on Staurday so I didn't have to brave the train chaos

Thanks for a great event! It was good to meet so many people and it was a great turnout, despite the poor weather. Thanks to all at Existem for arranging - I look forward to the next one!

I have offending pictures (of the dancing, didn't see any straggling either)

DESPITE the 7-hour trip going there from London
    and
DESPITE the 2.5 hour, standing up (avec a crippling headache/hangover) train journey from hell back to London

I had a great time on Friday! Was very good to catch up and meet new folks and I'll be back for the next one!

    Cheers,

Now, normally I don't rise to the temptation of self-pity, but OH MY GOD. Total travel time of 12 hours, severe sleep deprivation (who decided on the casino being a preferred option over bed?), a stonking hangover and a shirt covered in whisky and coke - I only have the weather/First Great Western to blame for one of them!

Thanks a lot Matt et al for a great evening's/night's/morning's entertainment. Though damn you all for how I still feel now (Monday morning!)

Ah so that was you attempting to dry out your shirt in the gents with paper towels and not having much success ;-)

Top night - thanks to all involved

I think that us Scots, who had the furthest to travel, managed to end up with the shortest journeys!

Yep definitely a good evening. Thanks to Matt Claire et al. Great idea having the 'games' broke up the evening nicely. Some great prizes from the sponsors too, I need to thank AWIN and Currys for the Tom Toms, which Chris and I won. That bloody picture had me running around for ages, still it was well worth it

The band were very good, especially the last group of artists, who kinda took over, and yes I'm sure I did see Zak there trying out a guitar. Along with a plethora of female backing singers!

Sorry I didn't go to Oceana, it did look like everyone who later staggered into the casino had had fun dancing. I must say the Gala Bingo was alot nicer than the old Grosvenor we used to frequent.

As for the journeys, there was another great reason to live in the West country, we had no problems on the way up, not even a delay! The journey home though packed, was also trouble free... My heart does go out to those who had a less pleasant experience, I think the tales of Lifeboats travelling down the hard shoulder of the M5 says it all really!

All in all pretty fantastic, and Matt/Claire I love my Get 'orrrrf mmooooi laaand' t-shirt - bobbing for apples in Cyder - Hilarious

Just to echo my thanks to everybody involved. I had a great night but as usual didn't meet as many people as I would have liked, just not enough time. Well done to Matt and the Existem team for organising another great event.

Hi to everyone I met and sorry about not introducing myself to those I didn't.

I was slightly apprehensive about the afternoon / evening but really enjoyd myself however I will come with someone else next time as there is only so much introducing one can do over 6 hours!

Glad I missed the Casino as I felt great on Saturday but I'd probably have met a lot more "hard core" if I'd have gone. I will definitely get more involved next time.

Thanks Matt, Claire and all the Existem team.

    Hi to everyone I met,

I had a blinding night! Even though I think I was conned out of the table football!

Really looking forward to the next one now...but where are all the pictures?
