Hi,

We're thinking of Thursday July 3rd as a possible date. We're fairly constrained on available dates as I don't want to clash with any of the A4U Events and if we don't do something in the next month or so people are often unavailable during the long school break.

Everyone will be welcome (merchant, network, agency and affiliate) but realistically we will have to cap numbers and attendees from individual organisations.

Ideas welcome but a bar in Farringdon has been suggested that has the benefit of a sizeable outdoor space.

Definitely put me down for this one. Farringdon eh. That brings back indecent memories of a very large pub which was very salacious on a Sunday (near a laundrette I recall).

Hi,

I'll start collating a confirmed attendee list shortly when we have the venue and date agreed.

The pub we've looked into hiring is The Fence, a stone's throw from the tube station.

We're looking into having a BBQ and tab split between all contributing networks, capping the numbers at around 200 if there's enough interest.

All networks contacted are lending their support

James - Farringdon is in The City so pretty central and easily accessible from Kings X, Moorgate, Paddington and Liverpool St. The issue we have is finding a big enough pub, centrally located with a significant outside space - as I say, suggestions welcome.

Yes, I am up for this, I need to get to know more faces in affiliate marketing, I work with so many people online, but could walk past most of them in the street and not know!
