Any appetite for a London pub meet?

the pub meet is indeed for Webdesday 2nd July at the Dust bar.
We have had a massive response to this and we have a list of 350 attendees.
Unfortunately, due to the large number of attendees (and the fact that we couldn't book Wembley stadium) , we have to limit attendance to only those in the delegate list, whose attendance has been confirmed.

We have all been overwhelmed by the popularity of this initiative, so we will probably be looking to repeat it in the near future.

I can't open the list from here, so don't know if I'm on it or not. Slightly confused as I sent an email to buy.at about a pub meet up on 18th June, are they part of the organisation for this, or are they doing something on a different day?

Could do with clarification asap tomorrow, especially if it going to be a long one and hotel is needed.
