Hi there,

I'm bumping this thread because I want to ensure no one misses it.

We have around 60 people registered so far, excluding network employees and we're likely to have space for around 300 people.

Therefore if you'd like to come along for some free drinks and nibbles as well as a chance to meet merchants, networks, affiliates and agencies then please do.

For those who haven't attended an event like this before please don't be intimidated. They're usually very informal and relaxed opportunities for you to meet like minded individuals within the industry.

Whether you're a seasoned marketer or new entrant feel free to register here, indicating your name, whether you are an affiliate, merchant or agency and if you're bringing a colleague (max two people per company): affiliategettogether@gmail.com.

The event is likely to be held in Farringdon, central London, a couple of minutes from Farringdon and Barbican stations. This will be confirmed shortly. It's likely the event will kick off at around 5pm and go on 'til late

I've had a handful of companies contact me to offer a contribution towards the bar tab. If any other merchant, affiliate or agency wishes to join in, in return for some discreet promotion, then please let me know.

I'm waiting on confirmation but I have a provisional booking for Bar 19:20 in Farringdon: http://www.19-20.co.uk/. The bar has a late licence until 1.30am.

I'm hoping we'll have enough people in attendance to fill the whole venue over both floors and if there's space we may keep the pool tables!

I know a lovely little place called Alma De Cuba. Problem is, you southerners will get a nose bleed heading this far up north

Hi,

Venue now confirmed as 19:20 in Farringdon.

I've requested we keep a couple of the pool tables and there will be a selection of nibbles as well.

Venue will be available from around 5.30, I believe the IAB Affiliate Council is looking into whether we can host something beforehand as so many people will be in town that evening. It may not be practical on this occasion so we'll keep you posted.

Hi there,

Registrations are coming along nicely and with network employees we're about half full. That does mean there are about 150 places still up for grabs.

Thanks also to Red Letter Days, Carrentals.co.uk and Vodafone who have all offered to add to the bar tab in return for a little bit of gentle sponsorship persuasion.

Confirmation emails will be sent in the next couple of weeks to all attendees.

Please ensure you register no more than two people from your organisation.

In order to maximise the number of companies who can attend we're being pretty strict on this (unless you're able to put a bit of money behind the bar of course...)

We've booked into the Travelodge Farringdon (Travelodge - Hotel overview), about a 5 minute walk from the venue - £49 a night, cheap as chips!
