    Hi all, looked at a few tutorials on how to install wordpress using the fantassstico button..

    Following as it states on the video but no such luck still showing 123-reg..

    Any help?? :tup

    I have went to my control panel , clicked on the fantastico button and it states it has been successfully installed, when i go to the site it still shows the 123-reg page ?

    Did you install it in root? The 123reg page is this a hosting or domain holding page? Another thing is to try clearing your browser cache (I had this problem yesterday). If your prepared to give me your hosting login details I could have a look at it later.

    The holding page is it an index.html page?

    ive spoke to hostgator help... "Currently the other domain is not pointed to us. If you just change the DNS settings then it can take 24-72 hours fro the changes to propagate."

    so need to contact 123-reg.. I'm new to this guys :td

    Yes you just need to change the namservers. You should be able to do this through your 123 reg control panel.
