Looking for nice and simple css templates

ok so i'm always building a site or two but I havent come across a nice template that I can use over and over again and just customise for each project.

im wanting a template that I can use for mini sites promoting products. a good one i found last night is Dark blue

has any1 got some good templates they use over and over?

any links would be helpful! iv trawled through a lot of the template sites and only found a few good ones.

im after simplistic and professional!

any help appreciated

I've got a few bits and pieces lying around from projects that never really got off the ground (due to time constraints/laziness).

DM me your email and I'll send over tonight, you might need to fine tune them a bit but at least they'll be a bit more unique than 'off the shelf' solutions.
