Lots of linkbacks to my blog from another blog?

I see another blog as linked to my blog by copying the content from each post and then has a 'link to full article' link.

Is this naughty?

Will I lose out as they have some of my content?

should be fine.
as long as your content as been indexed first.

Great reminder of how important it is to optimise internal links as when your sites get scraped and post on another site you've then got optimised anchor text from external links

Like Linktank says should be tidy as you'll be credited as the original and the other site will be the duplicate site.

You actually be quids in as ya get a few cheeky back links in.
