Hi, i am an affiliate manager with a program for herbal meds. The program was launched more than 3 months ago. The challenge i am facing is getting the affiliates active. We have offered sign up bonus as well as pretty high commissions. We have been in constant touch will all affiliates & a little more than that with the inactive affiliates. We came out with new promotions & email sent to all about all the initiatives, etc we had taken.
We also offered to provide unique content for some who had downloaded templates but probably did not have time to do the content. Our program has a page one ranking on google for most keywords & even our products get a decent rank.
So what is it that we need to do additionally to get the affiliates promoting our products more actively...i know most of the results will come with vintage..but is there a faster (ethical) way of getting there...any suggestion / advice on the same

Run competitions for the affiliates to enter.

Create e-mails with "ready to go" content that could easily be added to a blog, using embedded affiliate IDs so they don't even have to create the links.

This is exactly right and an amazing idea. Affiliates like when things are easy....If they get an email with the hottest offers and the links they need, it makes it easy for them to start running the offers.
