I can imagine that someone might do that for traffic from paid search, but from your site?

I noticed a number of pop ups whilst testing a page with deeplinks to the same merchant, the last one was (after 5 clicks) was:
"You appear to be abusing our search engine listing. We thought you should know your actions are being logged. If you interest is genuine please bookmark our website – many thanks for your understanding."
Do you think this is acceptable from an affiliate point of view?
From a customer service, usability and accessibility point of view I think its totally stupid and considering the products on this page cost up to £3K I would probably shop elsewhere.

Even from paid search, if you were comparing prices on an item costing between £1k and £5k you may click on an advert more than once. It automatically accuses the user of being fraudulent and as for telling them there being tracked...
