anyone had a look at the new 'wonderwheel' (& other features) yet in google search?

as of yesterday there's a new 'Show Options' link between the search box & the search results. Click on it & you get a navigation bar down the left of your search results. One of the options 'Wonder Wheel' gives you something like this:



Click on any of the links & the diagram expands to show related searches. It's a really nice little addition & helps see what other things Google thinks your brand/site is related to.

They announced some other nice stuff yesterday too - Google Webmaster Tools updates, etc. Extra links:

• The link to a Wonder Wheel search: search results for baker ross
• Webmaster Central Changes
• A summary of Searchology (the google event where they announce all this stuff)

Anyone had a look around to see what's good/bad in their new stuff?

Looks like Google is catching up with all the others promosing various wonder tools, e.g. twitters real time search etc some of the tools seem to be quite great and allows to do some research in new way; so far my favorites are wonderweel and related searches

I've just noticed it for the first time.

Based on my usage tonight this will change search patterns beyond recognition.

There was a se that did this sort of mind mapping ages ago .. had a litle genie on it .. can't think what it was called .. started with a K... I think
