What is needed to get a feed or feeds working in wordpress?

Thanks Pete,

Not sure (only had a quick look) if that is what I need, really want to display products from merchants XML or CSV feed, I'll probably be manually editing the feed to display only certain items, relevant to the site. Or maybe easy content units is the other way...displaying these under or within my content.
