Like many of you, I have one or two websites. Topics are varied and style of website info also varies. However, all offer information in one form or another, which may in the eyes of the law constitute "advice".

Whilst I have quite an extensive Terms & Conditions page which outlines terms of use of the website, disclaimer and privacy policy etc .. do I need any form of insurance to cover myself?
