Sitelinks are something that google will apply when it decides your site qualifies for them. They generally only apply to the number one authority site for a certain search term. So you can't expect them to come up for every single one of your serp listings, just the ones google wants to rank you number one for.

Deep linking should help but you also need to ensure that google bot can navigate your site well. There will no doubt be people with more SEO knowledge than me who can suggest other factors that will help.

Site links are something of a holy grail to people doing the SEO for a site.

You can see if google has assigned you any in your webmaster tools.

Valuable in what way? In terms of cash profitability or value in googles eyes?

I would say that site links are a sign of value when you get them for searches where competitive industry keywords are used. I wouldn't consider them to be that valuable if they come up when searching for your company name on google.

We have some google site links, but annoyingly they are not very well structured or helpful... although we are working on this.

My Kidderminster Harriers site had sitelinks for a while last year but the links they chose to show were obscure ones: An FA Cup game played three years previously and a player profile for someone no longer with us.

You get the option to delete them if you think they're not valid so I did and Google stopped showing Sitelinks for that site.

Never shown since and can't really fathom out why considering the site is normally 2nd only to the offy site for general search terms.

ive never had any sitelinks before but ive mostly been a PPC'er until recently.

Is there any kind of minimum traffic level to get them? Do the pages that show as sitelinks tend to be your most visited pages (before they are sitelinks)?
