Hi. I'm having trouble getting the subdirectories of my site indexed on search engines. The main pages are indexed fine so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. What I've got in my main directory on my hosting server are the main HTML pages:

    eg.
    www.domain.com/page1.html
    www.domain.com/page2.html
    www.domain.com/page3.html
    etc

and a folder which contains an another HTML page. So to access this page, you would type in www.domain.com/page2/subject.html. It;s this page that I have trouble getting indexed.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Get backlinks to the page. It's not the fact it's a subdirectory that's the problem

The most common problem is that the pages dont have any unique content on.

Do you have 200+ words of unique content on those pages?

Yeah, it's got more content that most of the pages on my site and they rank well when certain phrases are typed in.

Channel5 - yeah, that's one thing that my site is lacking. Something I'll need to get more of.

    Thanks.
