Adwords Refund?

Hi,

One of the campaigns I have in Adwords I use prepay so most of the time top it up by £100. However the campaign got slapped so cant use it anymore. There is still £95 in the account.

How can I get that back? Is there any way in the Adwords interface to do a 'refund' or can I contact the Adwords team and request a refund.

Yup, i think that's the best way to get a refund too although there is a customer support number somewhere but I believe it is for new adwords accounts.

Update: Confirmed that the adwords customer service number is definitely only available to new adwords accounts and for the first 30 days only so you are better off just requesting the refund via the adwords interface if you can login and do so.
