No external links to home page in Google Webmaster Tools
For the last 4 days, Google Webmaster Tools has not listed any external links to my home page. All the other pages are listed, and a search for my site name comes up top on SERPs, so there doesn't seem to be any indication of a penalty.
My initial thoughts were a bug with the new interface as the "link:www.sitename.co.uk" search brings up results?
Any ideas, or anyone seeing the same?

If it makes you feel any better I had this with one of my sites. External links showed for all pages expect the home page. I've just accessed it now and the links to the home page are now showing again although there seem to be far less now.
Anyway my rankings didn't change even when none were listed and the stats soon came back so let's hope this happens with you.
