Another great post, I would expect that it will earn more than you suggested but I could be wrong as it's a low level of searches, that could grow though....

Imitation is the highest form of flattery

Tbh mate, I have done this as an experiment to show others and not so much for personal gain. I have already been offered £xxx for the domain itself and I registered the .org.uk also so I will always make something from it no matter what.

I am expecting people to take a shot at doing similar domains / keywords etc, which I don't have a problem with at all, as this is just for the sake of the experiment anyway.

I will be detailing everything I do with the site / domain IF I actually do anything at all with it - it may be another stagnent one that floats along by itself.
